Research in the lab draws from evolutionary biology, community ecology, and statistical modeling to develop inferences about the role abiotic and biotic forces play in shaping host-microbe interactions. In particular, we are interested in addressing both ecological and evolutionary questions related to the outcome and environmental impact of host-microbe interactions.
Please visit the Projects page for a description of current research.
I am looking for motivated graduate students and postdocs to join the lab beginning Fall 2016. If you are interested check out Joining the Lab and send me an email!
